People who already know me know that I had found my passion
when I became a Realtor and Broker and I know that I am
in this career until the day they take my drivers license
away. Ha-Ha.Seriously though, buying and selling homes is not rocket
science but it is however, people science. I have a talent
for communicating real expectations to my clients and then
meeting or exceeding them. I love the term "worst case scenario"
which in real estate you never want to hear. However, somehow
by talking about it up front we never have to experience
it.
I love the art of negotiation and finding that really
great deal. I assume my degree in shopping 101 has come
in handy. Even on those long relocation days where you have
to look at 30 homes, we pass the day by poking fun at the
ugliest home and or pet. Mean you say, wait until you have
to relocate.
I have been told, "Candice, you really are so good at
what you do." And thanks to all of your referrals and repeat
business, I believe you mean it.
On a personal note, I grew up in Central California on
the Santa Barbara & Monterrey Coast where I met my husband,
Robbie, when I was a freshman in college. We moved to Utah
in late 1992 after the birth of our first son, Brandon.
Since then we have had two more children, Noah & Savannah.
The five of us our quite busy and enjoy snow & water skiing,
golfing, "pool time" and of course our favorite cooking
& entertaining for all of our friends and clients! Remember
when
you work with me you get to eat Robbie's food.
